Dehydrated?

Make yours with a bit more water.

Eat more Mega Omega, Three Treasures, and Pear-fection for a while.

Freezing all the time?

Turn to Masala Chai Spice, Golden Spice and have some Kitchari with extra toasted, warming spices.

Simmer slices of fresh ginger in water until it’s the strength you want. Substitute this tea for water in flavors such as Pear-fection and Oregon Blueberry.

Want to add more protein?

Eat with an egg or two. We suggest steaming eggs just like vegetables. Place the egg in its shell in a steamer for about seven minutes, give or take depending on egg size and doneness preference. Cool with water and ice. Peel and serve with your Breakfast Cure.

Substitute bone broth for water in any of the savory recipes like Kitchari and Three Treasures.

Top with your favorite nut or seed butter.

Add some umami!

Stir in any variety of miso into any Breakfast Cure flavor. Try lighter, milder types in fruity flavors and darker, richer varieties for savory flavors. Let us know if you find some great combinations!

We are absolutely adoring this miso by South River Miso Company right now.
