Kitchari
- Add a handful of chopped seasonal veggies 5-15 minutes before serving. We like fresh peas, green beans, and broccoli. What’s your favorite?
- Top with a dollop of plain yogurt, then sprinkle with included toasted spices.
- Top with extra ghee.
Mango and Sticky Rice
- Have for dessert. This recipe will cook well in about four hours.
- Serve with a splash of coconut cream and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Masala Chai Spice
- Try other tea varieties.
- Use decaffeinated tea if preferred.
- Although we prefer to keep this flavor smooth, if you want some crunch, try adding toasted, crushed hazelnuts or cacao nibs.
- Stir in a few dark chocolate chips.
Oregon Blueberry

- Use butter as the healthy fat for cooking and top with Shredded Romano or Parmesean Cheese.
- Use olive oil for the healthy fat for cooking and top with good-tasting nutritional yeast.

- Cook with some bone broth instead of only water.
- Cook with a skinless, bone-in chicken thigh. This serves as the fat, adds protein and a delicious flavor.

Simmer slices of fresh ginger in water until it’s the strength you want. Substitute this tea for water in flavors such as Pear-fection and Oregon Blueberry.
Want to add more protein?
Eat with an egg or two. We suggest steaming eggs just like vegetables. Place the egg in its shell in a steamer for about seven minutes, give or take depending on egg size and doneness preference. Cool with water and ice. Peel and serve with your Breakfast Cure.
