The superior taste sealed the deal and the traditional cultured method met Karen’s approval for a flavor bearing her own name. Their authentic, Indian-style ghee is made from artisan cultured butter, slow cooked, in the traditional method, over open flame and then the dairy solids are meticulously removed to create rich taste and texture.

Their Brown Butter Ghee is a paleo-style clarified brown butter intentionally roasted in the South-Indian style over an open flame to develop the notes of “nuts” and “caramel.” At Breakfast Cure, we LOVE this flavor.
